At CENDORO, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. We offer a 1-year warranty for standard items and a 2-year warranty for select products, ensuring peace of mind for our customers.
What is Covered
Our warranty covers any manufacturer defects and craftsmanship flaws under normal use. This includes:
- Issues related to stitching
- Material defects
- Hardware malfunctions
If any of these issues arise within the warranty period, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
What is Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to misuse or accidental damage
- Normal wear and tear
- Alterations made by the customer
- Damages caused by improper care, harsh conditions, or failure to follow care instructions
Warranty Claims Process
If you believe your item qualifies for a warranty claim, please follow the steps below:
- Email our customer service team at contact@cendoro.com with clear photos of the issue.
- Provide your order number and photos of the damage.
- Our team will verify the claim and guide you through the next steps.
Replacement Process
To request a replacement, please contact our customer service team with the following:
- Order number
- A description of the issue
- Supporting photos (if applicable)
Once we verify the issue, we will:
- Guide you through the return process
- Ship a replacement item at no additional cost within 1-2 business days
Refund vs. Replacement
After verification, you have the option to choose either a refund or replacement.
- If you prefer a refund, it will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
- If you prefer a replacement, we will send out a new item promptly.
Shipping for Warranty Claims/Replacement
We will cover all shipping costs for returns and replacements related to warranty claims.
