At CENDORO, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. We offer a 1-year warranty for standard items and a 2-year warranty for select products, ensuring peace of mind for our customers.

What is Covered

Our warranty covers any manufacturer defects and craftsmanship flaws under normal use. This includes:

  • Issues related to stitching
  • Material defects
  • Hardware malfunctions

If any of these issues arise within the warranty period, we will replace the item at no additional cost.

What is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to misuse or accidental damage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Alterations made by the customer
  • Damages caused by improper care, harsh conditions, or failure to follow care instructions

Warranty Claims Process

If you believe your item qualifies for a warranty claim, please follow the steps below:

  1. Email our customer service team at contact@cendoro.com with clear photos of the issue.
  2. Provide your order number and photos of the damage.
  3. Our team will verify the claim and guide you through the next steps.

Replacement Process

To request a replacement, please contact our customer service team with the following:

  • Order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Supporting photos (if applicable)

Once we verify the issue, we will:

  • Guide you through the return process
  • Ship a replacement item at no additional cost within 1-2 business days

Refund vs. Replacement

After verification, you have the option to choose either a refund or replacement.

  • If you prefer a refund, it will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • If you prefer a replacement, we will send out a new item promptly.

Shipping for Warranty Claims/Replacement

We will cover all shipping costs for returns and replacements related to warranty claims.
